Being passionate and obsessed, we settle for nothing but perfection. FITOOR-E-CHAI promises to its customers, the best teas which are otherwise mostly exported out of the country. Procuring directly from tea estates helps us keep the costs under check and pass on the benefit to our customers. Our teas come freshly packed at the Tea Estates and are chosen from the Finest Grade Whole Leaf Teas. Our tea leaves bear the grade FTGFOP1 / SFTGFOP1 (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1) which is used for tea that consists of fine uncrushed leaves with a delicate taste.
Our Ethics
- No Middlemen: Being a Licensed Buyer (Under License, Tea Board of India) we procure our teas directly from the Tea Estates thereby eliminating any other distribution channel. This gives us an edge to pick choicest of the Teas.
- Only Fine Grade Teas: Tea Grades range from Whole Leaves (FTGFOP1, FTGFOP, GFOP, FOP, OP) to Broken Leaves (FBOP, BOP, BP) followed by Fannings (BOPF, OF, PF) and Dust (PD, RD). Tea of Dust grade is used in filled Tea Bags consumed en masse. Our chosen Teas are only Whole Leaf Teas
- 100% Teas: Our packs marked as TEA contain 100% tea leaves plucked with finesse from the Camellia Sinensis plant.
- Packed at source: Our teas are processed and packed at source which ensures that the Tea remains as fresh as it was plucked and free from any moisture content.
